8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liabilities:
Subjected to the following conditions, cases, personalized phones, iPad are warranted for the period mentioned in the description.
a) Vstyle London limited warranty covers the personalized iPhone and iPad against the manufacturing defects/technical issues for one year from the date of product purchase. Our warranty does not cover the damages caused by any accident or resulting from inappropriate/rough usage.
b) The phone and the iPad, purchased in the personalized form, from Vstyle London, must not be given to any service center in case of technical issues. Any kind of tempering in personalized phone/iPad will void the warranty.
c) The cases and the personalization process for phones & iPad are warranted for the imperfections in the designs, personalization, or the dimensions. Any imperfection arising due to accident/inadvertent mischance, carelessness, rough handling ceases the warranty. These products are protected by an imperceptible micro-layer, whose removal voids the warranty. Abrasion against the rough surface, damages arising due to any kind of corrosive chemical shall not be liable for warranty.
9. Delivery:
Limited Edition Products/ Products after personalization, are delivered at the doorstep within 1-5 business days; however, in case of exceptional situations like transport impediments, riot, natural calamity-like rain, flood, earthquake, etc. or lockdown (complete blockage of service or time-based allowance), the delivery might be delayed. In such situations, you will be timely updated and we will keep your product on priority and will try to deliver it at earliest.
10. Governing Laws:
a) Terms, transactions, and any mutual claim between you and the company (Vstyle London- India) shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
b) All disputes arising in connection with the website usage/accessing services through any other medium or the ‘Experience Center’ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Violation of the Terms of Use:
Vstyle London, in its sole discretion, may terminate the access to the website of any user in case of violation of the terms or additional terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vstyle London, its directors, employees from and against any loss, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses incurred by the Company that emerged of infringement, non-performance of any warranty or obligation performed by you.
Further, you agree to hold the Company harmless against any claims made by any third party due to your use of the website that caused damage to a third party. The Company will also be entitled to redeem from you and you agree to pay any cost and fees of such action.
