HOW DO I SELECT THE DESIGN & MODEL OF THE PRODUCT I WANT?
Firstly select the iPhone model to be personalized or the case for it. Either select the limited editions available or ask them to be personalized in the material you choose in your way. Also plan a visit to our Experience Center in Bengaluru to touch, feel, or make a purchase of any product.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE OF THE DESIGN FOR MY PERSONALIZED PHONE?
Our team of international designers is always at your service. We have several limited editions in 24kt Gold, Platinum, Swarovski, and many others to get you an idea, and apart from that, feel free to contact us. Our designers will hand-sketch your idea in different ways to get the best-suited one for you.
WHAT IF I WANT MY DESIGN TO BE ENGRAVED ON PHONE?
We have our own team of designers with international repute who will help you at all the steps of engagement and will engrave your favorite pic, pattern, logo, or initials in the way you like.

ARE THE PRODUCTS WARRANTED?
Yes. The first of its kind offering in the whole world, Vstyle London provides the warranty subjected to certain conditions in the following way:
Personalized phones and iPad: Lifetime warranty for the personalization process, and 1-year warranty for the phone from the date of purchase, at our own service center
Cases: 2 Year warranty
WHICH IPHONE CAN BE PERSONALIZED?
Any iPhone from the vintage model to the present latest model can be personalized as per your preferences.
WHAT IF I WANT MY CURRENT PHONE TO BE PERSONALIZED?
Your current iPhone will be personalized according to your choice. After finalizing the design on the material you choose, all you have to do is send your phone to our office and we will send it back to your home in a new personalized luxurious form.
HOW THE IPHONE IS PERSONALIZED?
The glass back and the sides are replaced with the personalized plating and are fixed on the phone itself. Once personalized, you cannot remove it from the phone.
HOW THE CASES ARE DESIGNED?
The cases for iPhone are available in various limited editions in 4 materials: 24kt Gold, Platinum, Rose Gold, and Black Elite. Apart from them, you can choose your picture, design, logo, or initials in the way you want on the material of your choice. Our team of international designers will help you with all the steps.
WHAT THE BLACK ELITE IS MADE UP OF?
With a flawless finish and the subdued sheen, the exotic Black Elite material mainly consists of the black steel. It is much more resistant to corrosion and gives an elegant regal look.

HOW THE ORDERS ARE DELIVERED AND IN WHAT TIME?
All the products are developed on demand and the fresh piece is delivered to your home in the most advanced form of it. Time taken to develop a new product is:
Phone Cases: 2 Weeks
Personalized Phones: 4 Weeks
Premium Business Cards: 2 Weeks
Swarovski Headphones: 2 Weeks
Gold Rose: 2 Weeks
Personalized iPad: 4 weeks
Personalization of your design might take some more time to develop it accordingly and the final product is delivered in 1-5 business days.
IS MY ORDER SAFE IN YOUR PACKAGING?
Yes, the product in 100% secured in the specially designed luxurious packaging. It is our responsibility to deliver you the unscathed product.
The products are also completely insured with DHL and in case of any loss in delivery, a 100% refund will be provided.

HOW TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN TEMPERED WITH?
Before accepting the delivery, make sure to check that the seal is not broken and the package is wrapped in Vstyle London stationary. If it is not wrapped like that or seal is tempered then inform us at the earliest by mail (info@vstylelondon.com), or call at 080 43756715.
IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT THEN HOW CAN IT BE RETURNED?
The limited edition unused products are returnable within 15 days of product delivery with the original undamaged packaging.
The personalized products, used/damaged products, or the products with damaged packings are not returnable.

Select the payment method you prefer after checking out and then will be redirected to the payment gateway.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard are accepted through an online payment. Those visiting our Experience Center can also make a purchase through cash payment or transferring money into account.
